Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location; processing customer transactions, opening new accounts and educating customers on products and services
• Delivers end-to-end advice by building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support and proactive insights
• Utilizes TD's systems to engage with customers to acquire and deepen relationships
• Understands customer financial needs to promote and educate on products and services or refer to the appropriate team
• Completes everyday banking transactions on teller line or platform and educate on products and tools
• Services the customer on teller line and platform, including opening/closing personal deposit accounts, debit/credit card issues, mobile and online banking
• Leads customer outreach and scheduling/hosting appointments with lead management activities
