Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for our Pottstown, PA branch to support B2B sales and provide exceptional customer service.

You will promote inventory management solutions through a consultative approach, develop new relationships from leads and referrals, and coordinate resources to meet customer needs. The role involves local sales calls using a company vehicle, with up to 28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving-record requirements
• Pursuing or hold a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field or have customer service/industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computers
• Demonstrate strong aptitude for sales and customer service orientation
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
