Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate for our Public Store in Olyphant, PA. You will support B2B sales, build relationships with customers, and drive business growth using a consultative approach.

This role involves local sales calls, coordinating resources for service needs, and contributing to branch success. The position requires 18+ years old with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A competitive part-time schedule is available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• Current valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle
• Pursuing/holding degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field OR have customer service or industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and desire to sell
• Motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Core values: ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Ability to lift/carry 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
