Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to support B2B sales and customer service at 11 Church Rd. You will engage customers, identify needs, and promote inventory management solutions with a consultative approach.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to travel for local sales calls using a company vehicle. Hours up to 28 per week, Mon-Fri; on-site at the Hatfield branch.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle
• Experience or coursework in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Demonstrate strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Core values: ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs)
• Pass drug screen (US, Puerto Rico, Guam)

• Supporting B2B sales and customer service activities
