Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Possess current valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
• Pursuing or holding degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related field OR have customer service or industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrate aptitude for sales and customer service.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and service oriented.
• Strong math, organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork.
• Lift 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Pass drug screen where required.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Use consultative sales approach to communicate value of inventory management solutions.
• Develop new and grow existing customer relationships from leads and referrals.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Perform local sales calls, driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
