Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to support B2B sales and customer service activities at the 50 Sawyer Pkwy location. You will develop new relationships and grow existing ones, presenting the value of inventory management solutions with a consultative approach.

You will conduct local sales calls, coordinate resources for customer needs, and contribute to branch success while meeting job requirements and operating a company vehicle as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field or have customer service/industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and customer service
• Organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Problem solving and decision making abilities
