Infinite Medical P.C. in Hibbing, MN seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider with support from a dedicated NP or PA, collaborating to deliver comprehensive patient care.

You will lead care planning, perform rounds, manage acute illnesses, and discuss prognosis with residents and families while ensuring accurate medical records and compliance with regulations.

Formación

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities for NPs and PAs.
• Willingness to work in a part-time role within SNF settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary care to SNF residents.
• Conduct patient rounds with NP/PA support.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and prognosis with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists.
