Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage primary medical care for residents at our skilled nursing facilities. You will be the primary care provider, supported by a dedicated NP or PA, collaborating to deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified physician with primary care and long-term care (LTC) experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Willingness to oversee care across SNFs and collaborate with a dedicated NP/PA.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work on facility floors.
• Experience in LTC settings preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs/PAs to assess and manage resident care
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions
• Discuss treatment plans and advance care planning with residents and families
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care
