Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, ensuring overall health and well-being, with a dedicated full-time NP or PA supporting you in this role.

You will lead clinical care, coordinate with nursing staff, and mentor NPs and PAs. The position supports a part-time schedule with competitive compensation and professional malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively support and mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Prolonged standing and walking on facility floors; lifting/moving equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing management of chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
