Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary care for residents in skilled nursing facilities in Littlefork, Minnesota. You will lead a small team, manage medical care, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes with NP/PA support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for NPs/PAs.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and navigate facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Perform patient rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and specialists for comprehensive care.
