Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. in Hibbing, MN seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will work with a dedicated NP/PA to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care and coordinate treatment plans.

The role is part-time (1 day per week) with a total annual compensation of $50,000–$60,000, reflecting LTC-focused responsibilities and leadership of clinical teams in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring of NPs and PAs.
• Willing to work in Skilled Nursing Facilities and manage rounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for SNF residents.
• Conduct patient rounds with NPs/PAs.
• Diagnose and manage acute illness and chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists.
