Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage the primary medical care for residents at our facilities.

You will be the primary care provider, with a dedicated full-time NP or PA to support collaboration and high-quality patient care. Requirements include a board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience, strong leadership to mentor NPs and PAs, and the ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk 6–8 hours per day.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
