Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our skilled nursing facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider and collaborate with a dedicated NP or PA to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

This part-time role in Chisholm, MN offers flexibility, ongoing professional mentorship, and support within a nationwide network committed to compassionate senior care.

Competenze

• Board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor NPs and PAs in delivering care.
• Experience managing residents in SNFs or LTC settings is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), taking responsibility for their medical management.
• Conduct patient rounds, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
