Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will serve as the primary care provider, supported by a dedicated NP or PA for collaborative care and patient management.

You will work part-time (3 days per week) with a focus on resident health, care planning, and coordination with nursing and therapy teams, ensuring compliance and compassionate service for seniors.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for NPs and PAs.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk up to 6–8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct rounds with NPs and PAs to assess and manage care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and oversee chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists.
