Job summary

Acima invites you to join as Assistant Store Manager-PT at one of our partner stores. You will support the Store Manager with account management and sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will process credit turn-downs and web orders and help convert applications into Acima credit customers.

This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Pay is hourly ($13.01–$14.84), with weekly payroll and growth opportunities in a fast-growing Lease-To-Own

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through channels (web, partner stores, walk ins).
• Identify and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, benefits, the application process, and end-to-end of the application process.
• Close the sales cycle by converting applications that include in-store and web orders.
• Work as a cooperative team member with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects.
• Report to and communicate with the Store Manager regarding store and coworker activities and performance.
• Establish partnerships with retail store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers on the Lease-To-Own process.
• Promptly address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain consistent customer satisfaction and friendly service.
• Cultivate a positive work environment to enhance coworker retention and minimize turnover and issues.
