Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales and account management. You’ll promote Acima leasing, process applications, and drive conversions at partner stores with strong customer service.

The role requires helping customers understand Lease-To-Own terms, working across web and in-store channels, and collaborating with partner locations to achieve targets while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins).
• Listen, identify, and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, benefits, and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores and report to Store Manager.
