Job summary

Acima is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in credit processing, sales, and customer service across partner locations. You will drive conversions by educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms and completing both in-store and web orders.

The role emphasizes teamwork with Acima partner stores, meeting performance targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, hourly position with bonus potential based on results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, and application process.
• Convert applications, including in-store and web orders, into Acima credit.
• Collaborate with partner stores to support store operations and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
