Acima is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and sales. The role involves processing credit applications, promoting leasing benefits, and driving conversions while delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting.

You will collaborate with partner stores, manage day-to-day customer interactions, and help ensure smooth store performance. Eligible candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be flexible to evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Organized with time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Close sales by converting applications in-store and online.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores in operations.
• Report to Store Manager on store and coworker activities.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
