Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support the store leadership team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll train new team members, manage daily operations, and help meet sales targets while leveraging your fandom knowledge.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, running the register, driving add-on sales, and ensuring stock room organization. You’ll contribute to a collaborative team culture and communicate trends to HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and train new recruits.
• Support store leadership in daily operations and sales targets.
• Open/close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and encourage add-on sales.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Maintain organized stock room and store cleanliness.
