BoxLunch in Louisville, KY is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will apply fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets.

You’ll cover the sales floor, manage registers, and help drive add-on sales while maintaining stockroom organization and merchandising standards. Build a collaborative team and contribute to ongoing store success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail store experience.
• Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and drive to develop your peeps.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience through product knowledge and customer service.
• Step in on the sales floor to support leadership and cover gaps as needed.
• Open and close the store when required.
• Process sales transactions and boost add-on sales (BOPIS, curbside).
• Understand store sales plan, goals, and KPIs (UPT, ADT).
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising strategies.
• Share fashion trends with management and HQ partners.
• Maintain stockroom organization and store cleanliness.
