BoxLunch is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Manager to support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping fans access the products they love. You will train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and work toward sales targets using your fandom knowledge.

You’ll open/close the store, run the register, and drive add-on sales while ensuring stock room organization and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Customer service focused with a fandom vibe.
• Able to handle store operations and meet sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support as needed.
• Open and close the store and manage timing as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales (BOPIS, curbside).
• Understand store sales plan, KPIs, and merchandising changes.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Maintain organized stock room and store cleanliness.
• Develop a collaborative, passionate team to run the store.
