Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll train new associates, help meet sales targets, and assist with daily store operations to keep things running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail, strong communication and time-management skills, and a passion for pop culture. This role is on-site in Tampa and involves opening/closing, POS use, and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail store experience.
• Able to train new recruits and support leadership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with store programs.
• Understand store sales plan, KPIs, and merchandising changes.
• Maintain stock room organization and store tidiness.
• Develop and retain a collaborative team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
