Job summary

BoxLunch seeks a Part-Time Assistant Manager—Level 1 to assist the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll use fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations while helping meet sales targets.

You’ll lead on the sales floor, open/close the store when needed, process transactions, and drive add-on sales via options like BOPIS and curbside pickup; you’ll relay trends to management and HQ as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Availability to work part-time, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fandom knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns and showcase product knowledge.
• Support store leadership on sales floor and assist during absences.
• Open and close the store when needed and manage register operations.
• Drive add-on sales and optimize curbside pickup and BOPIS where available.
• Communicate fashion and trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Assist with planograms and merchandising across the store.
