BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support store leadership and deliver an extraordinary customer experience. You’ll train new hires, assist with daily operations, and help achieve sales goals while leveraging pop culture knowledge.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, being at least 18 years old, and a high school diploma or GED. You’ll open/close, manage the floor, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Support store leadership to meet sales targets and run daily operations.
• Assist with training new recruits and team development.
• Open and close the store as needed and cover the sales floor.
• Use product knowledge to drive add-on sales and manage transactions.
