Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Cover the sales floor and offer leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with store perks.
• Understand sales plans, KPIs, and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and work with HQ partners.
• Maintain organized stock room and assist with planograms.
• Develop a collaborative team and support the Store Leader in daily operations.
