The role offers opportunities to advance through the Management Accreditation Program, requires 18+, HS/GED, and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will coach team members, handle cash, and help maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and any required local/state certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular attendance and reliable punctuality.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and guest-service oriented.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communications.
• Works in all departments and theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Observes theatre building, parking, landscaping, and equipment condition.
• Reports needed repairs to the General Manager.
• Ensures Team Members comply with dress code and policies.
• Interacts with guests to deliver superior service.
• Enforces employee relations reporting protocol.
• Maintains safety, health, and cleanliness standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
