Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate.
• Completion of Cinemark MAP Core and related courses.
• Food handling training and local certification where required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude with guests and staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in theatre operations across departments and provide training.
• Coach and supervise Team Members in their functions.
• Prepare admin and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre building, parking lot, landscaping and equipment.
• Enforce dress code and customer service standards.
• Interact with guests to ensure superior service.
• Follow Cinemark guidelines and report employee relations issues as directed.
• Address safety or security concerns and train others as needed.
