Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, training, and guest service. You will work across departments, assist the General Manager, and help maintain safety and standards.

The role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program toward senior leadership. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, completion of the Cinemark accreditation courses, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while delivering

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program.
• Food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their specific duties.
• Works in all theatre departments and job functions as needed.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Cinemark guidelines.
• Interacts with guests to deliver superior service and resolve issues.
