Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas required.
• 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help identify and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and potential hazards.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
