AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to support high-volume invoice processing in a California environment. The role involves 3-way matching, GL coding, and weekly AP checks, with occasional HR/Payroll support and no bank access.

Candidates should have strong 10-key skills, detail orientation, and experience with Peachtree or similar ERP systems. Prior aerospace/manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Strong background in high-volume Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and 10-key skills.
• Experience with Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and resolve discrepancies.
• Aerospace or manufacturing experience is a plus!

Responsabilidades

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and credit memos accurately and efficiently.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving records.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, duplicate payments, and pricing issues.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with GL coding.
• Prepare and process weekly AP check runs.
• Assist with deposits, electronic recordkeeping, and accounting documentation.
• Provide occasional administrative support to HR and Payroll, including timecard review.
• Will have no access to bank records
• Will enter invoices into Peachtree and also manually file the invoices
• Help with report by entering and applying info to each account
• Experience with quarterly reporting and sales tax reporting is a big plus
