Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing team in Lakewood, CA. You will process invoices, manage vendor accounts, and reconcile statements while supporting the daily accounts payable function.

The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Bookkeeping.
• Invoicing, vendor payments, and AP procedures knowledge.
• Proficient with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review, verify, and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and electronic payments.
• Enter accounts payable transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve invoice issues.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
