Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or online with enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow to deliver five-star experience.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Prepare items for pickups and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store standards and assist during alterations appointments.
