David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver an outstanding A+ customer experience. You will welcome customers, handle appointments, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickups.

The role emphasizes five-star service, problem solving, and collaboration with leadership to resolve issues while promoting alterations services and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm over the phone, via chats and in person, solving problems and resolving conflicts.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers, with operational tasks.
• Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards (clean, organized, promotional readiness).
• Assist with inventory and special orders; process pickups accurately.
