David’s Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver a five-star experience, assisting customers, taking appointments, and coordinating alterations. You will engage with customers in person, on the phone, or via chat, ensuring a smooth flow and high standards of service.

The role emphasizes welcoming customers, problem solving, and promoting alterations services while maintaining a positive, friendly environment in-store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm over phone, chat or in person and resolve conflicts.
• Manage customer flow using all systems to deliver five-star service.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs and be there for customers.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Explain alterations' role in perfecting the dress with alterations team.
• Promote all alterations services and personalization options.
