Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in the alterations department. The role involves welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and ensuring items are ready for pickup with careful quality checks.

You will contribute to Five-Star Customer Service by guiding customers through alterations, promoting services, and collaborating with the Alterations Manager to resolve issues while maintaining a clean, organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in an apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person, over the phone, and via virtual chats with genuine enthusiasm and clear communication.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options; maintain store standards and readiness.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments to ensure pristine condition before final delivery to customers.
