David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the Alterations department and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup.

The role emphasizes five-star service, teamwork with the Alterations Manager, and maintaining store standards while promoting alterations services. This is a part-time position with benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in retail environment preferred.
• Prior sewing experience helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system preferred.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers via phone, chat, or in person with friendly enthusiasm and adapt communication to resolve issues.
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and ensure five-star service.
