Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional front-line service to passengers. You will greet passengers, issue tickets, assign seats, check baggage, board flights, rebook passengers, and assist with special-needs customers in a fast-paced environment.

You must be able to communicate clearly with ground crews and flight personnel, handle delays, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Flexible schedule including split shifts, mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, rebook passengers.
• Assist passengers with special-needs and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
• Calmly handle canceled and delayed flights.
