Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Aspen, Colorado, is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a part-time position. You will greet passengers, issue tickets, assign seats, check baggage, board flights, and rebook passengers in a prompt and friendly manner.

You will assist passengers with special needs, resolve complaints, and communicate with ground crews and flight personnel. Training begins soon and may include extended hours during onboarding.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Onsite work required due to operation.
• Part-time position starting at $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers promptly and politely.
• Assist passengers with special needs and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
