Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Aspen, Colorado to provide excellent front-line service to our passengers. You will greet passengers, issue tickets, assign seats, check baggage, board flights, and rebook as needed in a prompt, friendly manner.

Responsibilities include assisting special-needs passengers, resolving complaints, and coordinating with ground crews. A flexible schedule and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule including split shifts (early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Full-time position, starting at $20 an hour.
• May be asked to remain onsite beyond scheduled end time during irregular operations.
• Not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
• Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights.
• Other duties as assigned.
