Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide excellent front-line service to our passengers. You will greet passengers, issue tickets, assign seats, check baggage, board flights, and assist with rebooking as needed.

The role requires passion for customer service within the airline industry, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A flexible schedule including split shifts is required for this full-time position, starting at $20 per hour.

Primary Job Duties

As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner


• Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints


• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews


• Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights


• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! SkyWest Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only need to meet the following criteria:

• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen


• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
