Primary Job Duties

• As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers: greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner
• Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
• Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry. To apply, you only need to meet the following criteria:

• 18 years old or older
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This is a full-time position, starting at $20 an hour
• Due to the nature of the operation, employees may be asked to remain onsite beyond their scheduled end time in response to irregular operations
• This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
