Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Aspen, CO for a part-time frontline role. You will greet passengers, issue tickets, assign seats, check baggage, and rebook flights while providing friendly service. Training and on-site operations are involved.

A strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction guides daily duties. Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and can pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a part-time position, starting at $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Assist passengers with special-needs and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
• Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
