You will coordinate staff, manage attendance, and partner with families to deliver high-quality enrichment. The ideal candidate has experience with children, strong communication, and a background in child development or related field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children and understanding needs.
• Strong communication—oral, written and visual with adults and children.
• Training in child development or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and joy standards and ensure staff understanding of roles.
• Engage families and partners to support clear communication.
• Document attendance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Implement daily activities and curriculum in a safe environment.
• Provide coaching to staff and support team coherence.
