Job summary

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs focused on fun, learning, and enrichment for students. The Program Manager role manages staff, safety, and daily activities within a family-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience with children and strong communication skills, with a high school diploma or higher education in related fields. Hours run Monday to Friday before and after school at on-site locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by modeling positive staff conduct and maintaining policies.
• Uphold safety protocols and provide required documentation.
• Communicate with families, clients, peers, and children to build trust.
• Maintain attendance records and check-in/out procedures.
• Implement daily activities and curriculum within a safe, engaging environment.
