Job summary

Right At School is hiring a Program Manager to oversee before/after school programs with a focus on safety, engagement, and daily enrichment. You will coordinate morning and afternoon shifts, coach staff, and ensure attendance and compliance policies are followed.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families and partners, maintaining records, and delivering high-quality student experiences at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in early childhood, child development, special ed, elementary ed or related human services field preferred.
• Experience with childcare programs and curriculum development is desirable.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support morning and afternoon shifts to meet program goals.
• Maintain attendance, safety protocols, and licensing standards.
• Engage families, staff, and children with clear, timely communication.
• Coach staff and ensure daily activities align with curriculum.
• Keep accurate records and support program compliance requirements.
