Job summary

Right At School in New Jersey offers before- and after-school programs focused on enriching activities and daily learning disguised as fun.

We are hiring an Educator to support daily activities, prepare curriculum, and lead structured programs while maintaining a safe, engaging environment.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (based on education and experience); schedule is Monday–Friday, with morning 7:00–10:00 and afternoon 2:00–6:00, up to 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Passion for inspiring a love of learning and healthy living.
• Flexible to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives.
• Organize and facilitate structured daily fitness and enrichment activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Document attendance, incidents, and observations as required.
