Right At School in New Jersey is seeking an Educator to support before/after school programs with engaging activities and a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will organize daily activities, lead fitness and curriculum sessions, and work with staff and families to inspire a love of learning.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and delivering high‑quality care to students, with hours Monday–Friday before and after school. Competitive pay and local program flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years old.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring alignment with program objectives; lead daily fitness and curriculum activities.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Monitor the environment for hazards and follow safety protocols, documenting attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
