Job summary

Right At School is hiring an Educator in New Jersey to support before- and after-school programs. You will plan activities, guide children, and maintain a safe and engaging environment in a structured school setting.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience with children, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. The role offers split shifts and up to 25.58 hours per week, with pay between $16 and $19 per hour depending on education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in morning meetings and promote collaboration.

• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
