Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or a related field, or 2 years related experience
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management
• Expert understanding of sales processes and customer relations
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to explain OCD Anxiety Centers services to clients
• Maintains and grows existing client relationships by admissions skills
• Responds to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments
• Follows up with prospective clients to maintain stage conversion rates
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms
• Helps navigate barriers for clients and assists them into programs
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
