Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking an Admissions Specialist to provide professional communication with clients, families, and professionals. You will guide prospective clients through the admissions process, maintain relationships, and secure referrals while understanding our services and benefits.

The role emphasizes CRM/EMR proficiency, accurate data entry, and a commitment to excellent client service. Weekend coverage and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts are required, with base pay and ongoing training

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related sales/marketing experience.
3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management.
Expert understanding of sales processes and customer relations.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
Exceptional customer service and client connection skills.
Able to work in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Accurate electronic data entry and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with internal teams to explain OCD Anxiety Centers services and benefits to clients.
Maintains and grows client relationships by practicing admissions skills.
Responds to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy.
Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
Follows up with clients to maintain conversion rates and reschedule appointments.
Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms by end of day.
Helps clients navigate barriers and connects them to OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
